The Village
A Unique part of our already exquisite Somerset Wedding Venue, The Village is tucked away at the rear of The Orangery with direct access to Elmhay Park.
The Village comprises twelve charming and beautifully restored lodges and cottages that sleep up to 70 guests. Ranging from the complete luxury of the The Bell Tower, the perfect romantic hideaway, to our five bedroom farmhouse perfect for families and groups of friends, there will be plenty of space for you and your guests to stay after your big day.
Garden House
Garden House is a large 5 bedroom family house, parts of which date back to the 16th Century. It’s situated in the heart of the Estate with its own private garden, complete with garden furniture and lots of parking to the side.
On the ground floor there’s a comfortable lounge with an open fire place, furnished with a 5-piece suite and double bed settee, Smart TV, a large dining room and fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the utility room. From the lounge, a hallway leads to a downstairs twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.
Stairs from the hall lead to the first floor of the house; comprising two bathrooms, a twin bedroom and three double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room.
Garden Cottage
Garden Cottage is a large 4 bedroom family house, parts of which date back to the 16th Century. It’s situated in the heart of the Estate on the edge of Elmhay Village with its own walled garden with garden furniture and parking to the front.
Garden Cottage offers comfortable family accommodation, with a spacious and comfortable lounge, large dinning room and fully kitted kitchen.
Sleeping up to seven guests, Garden Cottage comprises two Double bedrooms – one of which has an en suite bathroom, one Twin room, one Small Single room and a large family bathroom.

The Bell Tower
The Bell Tower is the penthouse of Elmhay Village.
Downstairs is a large living area with cosy lounge furniture and dining table and chairs. The living area also incorporates a fully fitted Kitchen.
Upstairs is a huge bedroom with a luxurious four-poster bed and built in his and hers dressing tables. The en-suite bathroom is complete with a large walk-in shower, a large oval shaped Jacuzzi bath, his and hers wash basins, a bidet and WC.
The Clock Tower
The Clock Tower is a three-story, three bedroom house.
Downstairs is an entrance hall leading to a large living area with lounge furniture, dining table and chairs the living area also incorporates a fitted Kitchen.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with en-suite Bath with hand held shower spray and WC. There is also a family bathroom on this floor that comprises a large walk-in shower, separate bath, washbasin and WC.
There is a further Family bedroom on the second floor, located in the tower itself, which can sleep up to three guests on a double and single bed.
Coach House
The Coach House is a two-story lodge. Downstairs is a large living area with lounge furniture, dining table and chairs the living area also incorporates a fitted Kitchen. There is also a sofa bed downstairs which can sleep up to two guests.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with en-suite bath and hand held shower spray, washbasin and WC.
The Stable
The Stable is a two-story lodge. Downstairs is a large living area with lounge furniture, dining table and chair. The living area also incorporates a fitted Kitchen.

The Dairy
The Dairy is a two story lodge. Downstairs there is a large living area with lounge furniture, dining table and chairs. This area also incorporates a fitted Kitchen.

Kent's Cottage
Kent´s Cottage is a two-story lodge. Downstairs there is a large living area with lounge furniture, dining table and chairs. This area also incorporates a fitted Kitchen.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bath with hand held shower sprays, wash basin and WC.
Miss Marple's
Miss Marple's is a two-story lodge. Downstairs is split into living area with lounge furniture and a dining area with dining table and chairs, which also incorporates a fitted Kitchen.
Upstairs there are two family bedrooms with a double and a single bed in each, both with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
Please note: this lodge has a microwave but does not have an oven or hob.
Hay Loft
The Hay Loft is a two-story lodge. Downstairs is a large living area with lounge furniture, dining table and chairs. The living area also incorporates a fitted Kitchen.
Upstairs there are two Family bedrooms with a double and a single bed in each, both with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
Bull Pen & Woodcutters
The Bull Pen and Woodcutters are smaller single story lodges that are annexed to The Dairy & The Coach House respectively.
They each benefit from a fitted kitchen, a double bedroom & a twin bedroom and shared shower room with washbasin and WC.
