Rivals
(2024)
Rivals is a television series made for Disney+. It is an adaptation of the 1988 Jilly Cooper novel of the same name. It stars an ensemble cast including David Tennant, Aidan Turner, Katherine Parkinson, Lisa McGrillis, Alex Hassell, Emily Atack and Danny Dyer.
Set in the fictional English county of Rutshire, Rupert Campbell-Black (Alex Hassell) and Lord Tony Baddingham (David Tennant) have a rivalry that seeps into the world of the Corinium television station
Tess of the D'Ubervilles
(2008 mini series)
The story of Tess Durbeyfield, a low-born country girl whose family find they have noble connections.
Stars: Gemma Arterton, Eddie Redmayne and Ruth Jones.
Into the Storm
Continuing the storyline of The Gathering Storm, Into the Storm is a look at the former British prime minister’s life and career at the end of WWII.

The Queen (2009 TV series)
This docudrama focuses on five key events in the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. Combining narration, interviews, archival footage and dramatic recreations (with 5 different actresses portraying the Queen at different times in her life) the series focuses on several of the crises she has had to deal with.

Agatha Christie’s Miss Marple: 4:50 from Paddington (1987 TV Movie)
A friend of Miss Marple’s sees a woman being strangled in a passing train. When police cannot find a body and doubt the story, Miss Marple enlists professional housekeeper, Lucy Eyelesbarrow, to go undercover.
